the 11-year-old’s father michael vangelo had reported the behavior to the usher and was trying to move his family to other seating when the alleged vomiting incident occurred. police were brought in and that is when matthew clemmens punched vangelo and proceeded to vomit on the arresting officer. clemmens was taken in to custody and charged with assault and harassment. on the bright side the phillies won their game 14-7.
